Dear Mr. Rowe,
On behalf of the Aliki Tower Condominium, please accept our sincerest thanks C.E.R.T. Inc. and Southland Contracting for your prompt action and support during the storm of May 2009. In remembering back to the board meeting that the Board voted on your contract, there were many questions proposed by the owners, and questions as why we wanted to pay for a program such as yours. The board members who were here in the building during the 2004 hurricane season explained in great detail how difficult our claims were-- from start to finish.
I cannot tell you, in contrast, how this flood claim differs. Our luck to have you in Orlando at the beginning of this flood, and your crew on site in less than 24 hours was amazing. I have never witnessed such a well-trained staff of professionals. Everyone, from the top management down to the young man monitoring the pumps, was right on task--always respectful and helpful.
Your interaction with the insurance adjuster and our insurance agents was clear and to-the-point. Your explanation to me and the Board on how the process works and your experience in dealing with disasters has been an immeasurable benefit to our Association.
