  • Pre Selected Structural Engineer Works With Pre Selected
    General Contractor / Construction Manager
  • Scope of Work Based on Three Categories:
    *Wind – Less Deductibles
    *Flood- Less Deductibles
    *Non Insured Items (Example: Landscape)
  • Create and Work with Insurance Company to Compile
    a Comprehensive Estimate of the Damage

Organization of Adjustors / Contractors / Insured
  • Schedule Meeting Of All Involved / Agree To Scope Of Work
    *The Condo Association (Designated Person (s))
    *Wind Adjuster
    *Flood Adjuster
    *Structural Engineer
    *General Contractor
    *Insurance Agent/Risk Manager
  • Set Expectations and Timetables
    *Work Completion Dates
    *Insurance Funds Received

Monitor / Complete
  • General Contractor and Insurance Agent/Risk Manager Provide Regular Updates To The Association Until Completion
  • Condo Association Designated Person (s) Provides Board and Unit Owners Regular Updates Until Completion
  • Via Internet, Email and Conference Calls We Make Sure You as a Client are Completely Satisfied With the Completed Work
